If you, like us, spent your early adolescence growing up in what seemed like a loosely defined decade - better known as the 90s - then chances are you'll be familiar with the Italian sportswear label, Kappa. Especially relevant in Toronto, one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world; your Kappa 'game' was either telling of your love for sports [more than likely, soccer] or your flare for fashion. Naturally, the resurgence of 90s style sportswear labels has led Kappa to re-think it's position in the marketplace as solely athletic.
Kappa has partnered with SLAM JAM in coming up with it's first progressive RTW collection that pays tribute to both sport [Juventus x Olympic Athlete Carl Lewis when Kappa became a worldwide recognized brand] and fashion. Kappa Kontroll makes frequent use of the iconic omni logo x banda branding and pairs it with new directional silhouettes and colour ways.
